Technical Advisory Committee

The tools delivered by CMC in support of research in Canada reduce barriers to progress leading to integrated microsystems or to associated microscale or nanoscale components. To provide guidance in approaching this objective, CMC turns to its Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). Topics before the committee are most often posed as challenges with conflicting constraints—breadth of technologies, diversity in researcher preferences, implications posed by alignment with Canadian strategies in science and technology and, of course, finite resources.
