The National Microelectronics and Photonics Testing Collaboratory (NMPTC) enables local and remote access to advanced test laboratories, providing a virtual extension to the laboratories of researchers at over 20 Canadian universities and delivering access to world class microsystems and photonics test resources.

The Test Equipment Pool makes resources available to researchers on a short-term basis, for limited periods of testing in their home laboratories.

Whether you are characterizing your device at the chip, package or system level, a fixture is an important part of the test set-up and has an important role to play in optimizing your signal integrity. CMC offers a range of test fixtures for purchase, corresponding to many popular microelectronic package footprints.

Training and support documentation provides standard methodologies for testing microelectronic, MEMS, photonic, and microfluidic devices and systems.  It includes test plan support and guidance on managing test complexity and test point access in densely integrated microsystems.
