Requirements to Access Products and Services

To access CMC-provided products and services, you must have an Account in '100% Completed' status, the appropriate Subscription, and the right licensing in place for you or your organization.

  1. Confirm that your Account Details Completion Status is at 100%. If not, please complete your Account Details.

  2. Confirm that you have the Subscription required to buy this product.

    -- Students & research staff: Your faculty supervisor must purchase the appropriate Subscription and approve your Account to add you to their team.
