Canadian Workshop on |
||
The objective of this one-day workshop was to consider how to apply the results of Canadian MEMS research to the needs of companies interested in developing and marketing MEMS-based products.
CWMEMS 2001 provided a forum where all recent MEMS results from Canadian universities and industry could be presented. There were four invited presentations, poster sessions, plus a panel discussion.
