This 0.8-micron CMOS technology provides excellent driving or actuating capabilities as well as signal conditioning and processing capabilities.

CMC’s multi-project wafer service delivers technology from the Teledyne DALSA
Semiconductor Foundry that offers two voltage ranges:
                 •  Standard-Voltage (see details below)
                 •  High-Voltage 
                       o  With option of Post-Processing for Bulk Micromachining

Note: Physical layout violations could be accepted by DALSA Semiconductor for research.

This Standard-Voltage process (CMC term is CMOSP8C) provides flexibility, speed and packing density needed in mixed-signal designs (targeting analog application) operating in the 2.7V to 5.5V range. The overall design rules are compatible with most other 0.8μm processes.

    • 3 metal, 2 poly layers
    • High-res poly option (5 kOhms/sq)
  • Supply Voltages:
    • 2.7 V to 5.5 V
  • Twin-tub process on P-type wafers
