Event Details

This event will be rescheduled for late-summer/early-fall.

This is a workshop-style event where lead clients on CMC’s MPW runs for GLOBALFOUNDRIES’ fab get together to share their knowledge and expertise with the broader research community.

Speakers who will be presenting at this workshop and potential topics they’ll be presenting are as follows:

  • Firooz Aflatouni, U. Penn – GF9WG
  • John Long, U. Waterloo – FDSOI and PDSOI technologies from GF’s portfolio.
  • Mohammad Reza, U. Waterloo – TBD
  • Gayathri Singh, CMC Microsystems – GF MPW aggregation and prototyping services  facilitated by CMC


To obtain access to confidential technology information provided during the course, your organization is required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with CMC and GLOBALFOUNDRIES. Participants should contact fab@cmc.ca to facilitate the NDA execution process.
