avanc\u00e9es, et l\u2019Industrial Technology Research Institute (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itri.org.tw\/english\/\">ITRI<\/a>), un organisme de R-D de renomm\u00e9e mondiale bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Ta\u00efwan, ont sign\u00e9 un accord de coop\u00e9ration strat\u00e9gique visant \u00e0 renforcer la collaboration dans des domaines technologiques de pointe.<\/p><p>L\u2019accord, en vigueur depuis le 1er janvier 2026, \u00e9tablit un cadre de coop\u00e9ration dans les domaines cl\u00e9s suivants :<\/p><ul><li>Semi-conducteurs<\/li><li>Photonique<\/li><li>\u00c9lectronique et opto\u00e9lectronique<\/li><li>Intelligence artificielle<\/li><li>Technologies quantiques<\/li><li>Internet des objets (IdO)<\/li><\/ul><p>En vertu de cet accord non contraignant, les deux organisations exploreront des possibilit\u00e9s de recherche conjointe, de co-d\u00e9veloppement, de projets de commercialisation et d\u2019\u00e9changes de connaissances au moyen d\u2019ateliers, de s\u00e9minaires et de programmes d\u2019\u00e9change de chercheurs. Cette collaboration vise \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019innovation et \u00e0 favoriser des partenariats mondiaux profitant aux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes technologiques canadien et ta\u00efwanais. <\/p><p>Depuis sa fondation en 1973, l\u2019ITRI joue un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la transformation \u00e9conomique de Ta\u00efwan en une nation ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019innovation. Son expertise dans le d\u00e9veloppement des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s a men\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019entreprises embl\u00e9matiques comme TSMC et \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de travaux de R-D de pointe au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l\u2019industrie. <\/p><p>\u00ab Alors que le Canada b\u00e2tit une \u00e9conomie plus r\u00e9siliente et comp\u00e9titive, CMC Microsyst\u00e8mes est particuli\u00e8rement heureux de collaborer avec l\u2019ITRI. Cette nouvelle fili\u00e8re de fabrication au sein de l\u2019usine du 3iT \u2014 dont les co\u00fbts pour la recherche acad\u00e9mique sont subventionn\u00e9s par FABrIC, un projet financ\u00e9 par le gouvernement du Canada et g\u00e9r\u00e9 par CMC Microsyst\u00e8mes \u2014 offre aux chercheurs, aux jeunes entreprises et aux firmes \u00e9tablies un acc\u00e8s simplifi\u00e9 \u00e0 des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s supraconducteurs avanc\u00e9s, la plateforme mat\u00e9rielle de choix pour plusieurs des ordinateurs quantiques les plus prometteurs au monde. En r\u00e9duisant les obstacles \u00e0 la fabrication nationale, cette initiative acc\u00e9l\u00e8re non seulement les perc\u00e9es technologiques, mais constitue aussi un lieu essentiel de formation pour le personnel hautement qualifi\u00e9 (PHQ), assurant que la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre canadienne poss\u00e8de les comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires pour mener la r\u00e9volution mondiale des semi\u2011conducteurs et du quantique.  <\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9fendre la souverainet\u00e9 technologique<\/h5>\n\n<p>Dans un contexte g\u00e9opolitique de plus en plus complexe, le lancement de ce service repr\u00e9sente un pas important vers la souverainet\u00e9 technologique du Canada. En \u00e9tablissant une cha\u00eene de fabrication nationale, de qualit\u00e9 commerciale, pour des composants pr\u00eats pour le quantique, CMC et le 3iT s\u2019assurent que le Canada conserve le contr\u00f4le de ses cha\u00eenes d\u2019approvisionnement en semi\u2011conducteurs et en technologies quantiques. La premi\u00e8re s\u00e9rie de projets a suscit\u00e9 une \u00e9norme r\u00e9ponse, avec des projets financ\u00e9s <a href=\"https:\/\/fabricinnovation.ca\/recipients\/\">annonc\u00e9s<\/a> en juin 2025.
