Search the database to pinpoint equipment and process recipes (machine parameters, steps, schematics, characterization data). Leverage verified processes to focus on your own customization and innovation. Generate run sheets and reports with one click. Use your mask sets for virtual prototyping with interoperating simulators to increase your rate of “first time right” fabrication. This design environment for fabrication processes streamlines micro-nanotechnology research and development.

- Five concurrent use instances per tool from the subscriber’s research team, up to the limits of the available licenses in the shared pool
- Access for one year
Use of this software is restricted by legal agreements requiring signature at the university level:
- Individuals accessing this software must only do so from within the geographic boundaries of Canada.
- The use of this software is restricted to university academic research only.
- The software may NOT be used for commercial purposes.
- Only professors and their research teams with a Research subscription in good standing are authorized to access this software.
- Acceptance of the Xperidesk Suite Software Licensing terms on first use.
