Specifications​

  • Travel in the X, Y and Z planes
  • Magnetic base attach to probe station platens (see picture, above)
  • Micrometer adjustment in increments of 0.01 mm on all axes

Applications

  • DC probing of individual pads on die
  • Compatible with other Quater RF probe arms (not included)
