The DPO4054B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope is a 500 MHz four-channel instrument capable of recording up to 20 million points. To navigate through recorded data, installed Wave Inspector software provides zoom and panning features. Waveform intensity grading thickens and brightens frequently captured signals and by contrast, emphasizes dark, thin waveforms representing anomalies. The oscilloscope is shipped with a Tektronix P6139A 10x Passive Probe and 4 Tektronix P2221 200 MHz 1x/10x Passive Probes. NI LabVIEW SignalExpress Tektronix Edition LE is accessible through a USB connection from a PC to the oscilloscope.
