CMC Microsystems CEO delivers opening keynote at international LN2 conference

July 4, 2018: CMC Microsystems is pleased to participate in the eighth annual Colloquium of Laboratory Nanotechnologies and Nanosystems (LN2), July 8-11, in Escandille, France.

Gord Harling, President and CEO of CMC Microsystems, will give the opening keynote address, “Le plan d’innovation du Canada,” on July 8.

He will also moderate a roundtable on “Industry-university collaborations: Development opportunities for long-term partnerships,” on July 11, with panelists Claude Jean (Teledyne DALSA); Thierry Livache (Aryballe); Stéphane Monfray (STMicroelectronics); Sébastien Arcand (STACE); Éric Deschenes (IBM) and Olivier Joubert (LTM).

“This conference unites the Université de Sherbrooke with five large research centres across France and with numerous industrial partners,” says Mr. Harling. “It is a unique and compelling view into research in nanomaterials and its many future applications to benefit humanity.”

The biannual conference alternates between host sites in France and Québec.
