CMC will also be presenting the FABrIC program, a five-year, $223 million program funded by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), which can serve as an inspiration for our peer countries who are seeking to energize their MNT and semiconductor ecosystems.
The World Micromachine Summit 2025 will foster collaboration between industry, universities, government agencies, and service providers focused on micro- and nanotechnology . As part of the 2025 edition, delegates and participants from the Canadian ecosystem will tour Interdisciplinary Institute for Technological Innovation (3iT), Institut quantique, DistriQ Quantum Innovation Zone, and MiQro Innovation Collaborative Centre (C2MI) in the Eastern Townships region outside of Montreal, a hub of manufacturing and innovation in MEMS, semiconductor, and quantum technologies.
