CMC Membership
CMC Microsystems (CMC) is a mission driven organization incorporated under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act (CNCA). CMC Members participate in governance oversight, attend CMC’s Annual Meeting, and have opportunities to recommend directors for the CMC Board. CMC Members are like-minded organizations committed to advancing Canada’s semiconductor industry.
How an Organization can Become a Member of CMC
- There are four classes of eligibility. Please refer to Classes of Membership, criteria and terms.
- Membership in CMC (the Corporation) consists of organizations whose application has received the approval of CMC’s Board of Directors.
- Member benefits include recognition on CMC’s website, annual reports, news and social media; participation in annual meeting (voting rights by classes of eligibility); priority participation in events; and more.
