She has built a high value international network and delivered measurable economic impact by advancing complex investment files from first engagement to final commitment.
She most recently served as Vice President, Investment Attraction at Invest Nova Scotia, leading provincial efforts across ICT, advanced industries, defence, and life sciences. She is recognized for her ability to position regional ecosystems, craft competitive value propositions, and secure commitments from global companies.
Her career also includes senior leadership roles at IBM, Bell, and Global Knowledge, as well as executive work in health technology and digital transformation consulting.
Chandra holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is committed to strengthening Canada’s competitiveness, supporting innovation, and advancing the long term growth of advanced industries.
