Rohde & Schwarz RTO1044 Digital Oscilloscope

The Rohde & Schwarz RTO1044 oscilloscope available from the CMC test equipment pool provides excellent signal fidelity and a high acquisition rate. The RTO1044 offers four analog channels and it comes with a range of automated measurements including: jitter analysis, eye diagrams and spectral analysis on microelectronic devices and systems.
