CMC’s Gordon Harling to Speak about Canada’s Strengths in Artificial Intelligence at Taiwan Event 

May 20, 2025: CMC Microsystems President and CEO Gordon Harling will be one of the keynote speakers at the InnoVex Forum in Taiwan in May of this year. Held concurrently with the COMPUTEX ICT procurement tradeshow, InnoVEX is a unique startup exhibition where firms at any stage of development can connect with partners to grow their business.

 The Forum event is expected to attract 450 startup companies and 35,000 delegates. It takes place at the Taipei Nangan Exhibition Centre in Taipei, May 20 to 23, 2025. 

The themes of the Forum are: Aritifical Intelligence, Semiconductor Applications, Smart Mobility, Next Generation Communications and Green Technologies. 

Harling will focus his remarks on Canada’s Strengths in Artificial Intelligence (AI). He will also be one of the judges for the InnoVex Forum Pitch Contest in which 60 startups will make pitches competing for a total of $100,000 in funding. Sponsored by industry leaders and partners, the contest will offer cash prizes, professional support, promotional resources, and investment opportunities to winning startups.
