Keithley 2602A System SourceMeter

The Keithley 2602A is a two-channel source / measure Unit (SMU) that can source both voltage and current and perform accurate I/V (current vs. voltage) measurements. The integrated four-quadrant source enables a variety of measurement techniques that would otherwise require multiple instruments.

  • 5 µV/1 pA minimum programming resolution and 1 µV/ 1 pA minimum measurement resolution
  • Maximum output power 40 W per channel
  • Output can be floated up to ± 250 VDC
  • Maximum current 3 A DC and 10 A pulse
  • Minimum programmable pulse width 100 µs
  • Digital I/O: Female DB-25 connector
